Global Village Exhibitions & Booths

There are different types of exhibition booths at the conference. The exhibition space inside the conference for businesses and large non-profit organizations for a cost, and the Global Village NGO and Marketplace Booths for smaller organizations. 

Free Booth Space in the Global Village
A number of free exhibit booths for AIDS service organizations, non-commercial organizations and smaller NGOs are planned within the Global Village. There will also be marketplace booths for non-profit and micro-credit organizations to sell their wares. The application process is through Programme Activities Applications which opens 1 December 2009 and closes 10 February 2010. Space will be limited.  Application guidelines and the on-line form are available on the Global Village page on the main conference website.

Applying for Exhibition Space inside the Conference
Exhibition applications will open on 1 December 2009. Applications will have to be done through the online IAS Satellite and Exhibition Tracker. Exhibition space costs EUR 330 per square metre, for both commercial and non-commercial organizations. The deadline for exhibition applications is 31 May 2010. However, if capacity is reached, exhibitions will be closed earlier than the planned date.
