Each conference sets up rapporteur teams who attend all conference sessions and compile a report on a key findings and developments on a specific theme. Usually there are rapporteur teams for each of the five scientific programme tracks and for the Community and Leadership Programmes.

On the last morning, just before the Closing Session, each rapporteur team will present a final summary for the conference. This session will summarize and synthesize the presentations made during the week, focusing on critical issues addressed, important results presented, and key recommendations put forward. Consequently, this is one of the ‘must attend’ sessions as it provides oversight of sessions you will not have been able to attend. In addition, the rapporteur teams will publish daily reports with highlights from the previous day’s activities in the conference newspaper.
